Privacy Policy

softsensor.ai is a static website. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising trackers, and does not build a profile of your visit. The only personal information we receive through this site is what you choose to send us in a message.

SoftSensor AI LLC is a New Jersey C Corporation with its US headquarters in Chester, New Jersey, and offices in Seattle, Dubai, Delhi, Jaipur and Pune. For any question about this policy or your personal information, contact info@softsensor.ai.

Information you send us. Our contact form collects your name, company, email address, phone number and message. These fields are submitted directly to our sales mailbox using your own email client — the website itself does not store them. If you email us, apply for a role, or subscribe to something we publish, we receive whatever you include.

Server logs. Our hosting provider, Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps, records standard technical request data such as IP address, timestamp, requested URL and user agent. This is generated by the hosting infrastructure for security and reliability purposes and is retained under Microsoft’s operational policies.

What we do not collect. No cookies. No analytics or measurement scripts. No advertising or social pixels. No cross-site tracking. No browser storage of any kind.

We use the information you send solely to respond to your enquiry, evaluate a job application, or maintain a business relationship you have asked us to begin. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Messages reach our corporate mailboxes, which run on Microsoft 365. Recruitment correspondence is handled by our HR team. We use a small number of vetted service providers — principally Microsoft for hosting, email and productivity — who process data on our instructions. As a company operating across the United States, the United Arab Emirates and India, your information may be processed in any of those countries by our own staff.

Business correspondence is retained for as long as the relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet contractual, tax and legal obligations. Job applications are retained for the duration of the recruitment process and, unless you ask otherwise, for a limited period afterwards in case a suitable role opens.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, ask us to delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, or receive a copy in portable form. Residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom hold these rights under the GDPR; California residents hold comparable rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@softsensor.ai. We will respond within the period required by the applicable law. If you are in the EEA or UK and are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to your local supervisory authority.

The site is served over HTTPS with HSTS, a strict content security policy and standard hardening headers. Access to our mailboxes and internal systems is controlled through Microsoft 365 identity with multi-factor authentication. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

This site is intended for business use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

We link to external sites, including prr.ai and our repositories on GitHub. Those sites have their own privacy practices and this policy does not cover them.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how we use information you have already given us will be communicated directly where we hold contact details for you.
